Overview

  • Lead financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align financial plans with business objectives.

  • Assist in tax preparation and compliance across applicable jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with senior management.
  • Coordinate with third-party tax preparers to ensure timely filings.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable metrics for operational efficiency.
  • Support financial close processes, ensuring timely reconciliations.
  • Aid in internal and external audits, resolving findings promptly.
  • Prepare variance analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; 5 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage accounts receivable and payable metrics effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
