Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Supervise licensed nursing and medical assistant staff across multiple healthcare locations.
• Monitor and report on nursing department utilization and productivity metrics.
• Develop and implement policies for infection control and patient care quality.
• Enhance office workflows to improve patient satisfaction and education.
• Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies and funding sources.
• Collaborate with compliance officers to ensure adherence to healthcare standards.
• Lead initiatives for staff development and retention to maintain a skilled workforce.
• Oversee the implementation of risk management strategies within nursing operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a primary care clinical setting.
• At least 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare.
• Current New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Proven ability to implement and oversee infection control programs.
• Experience in risk management and compliance within healthcare settings.
