Overview

  • Serve as a strategic advisor, providing expert consultation and customized solutions for complex organizational challenges.

  • Conduct needs assessments to develop tailored solutions and strengthen HR functions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Act as the primary consultant for a dedicated client group, delivering customized HR solutions.
  • Interpret and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to address client needs.
  • Facilitate consistent application of people management practices to enhance the employment experience.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to improve service delivery and best practices.
  • Gather and analyze client data to identify trends and inform HR strategies.
  • Develop tailored solutions to strengthen HR functions and achieve organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advice to leaders, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support organizational goals through effective HR program management and consulting.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR program management, consulting, and employee relations.
  • Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Expert knowledge of HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Proven track record as a trusted HR advisor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and provide expert HR guidance.
  • Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Experience in hybrid work environments, with office presence required three times a week.
