Assistant Project Manager – Ground-Up Construction

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
• Proven knowledge of ground-up construction processes and best practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for effective project coordination.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards in construction.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is advantageous.
