Overview
- Lead the development and execution of the organization's technology strategy to align with business objectives and drive innovation.
- Oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, data management, and technology innovation for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement technology solutions supporting business growth and operational effectiveness.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, including automation, cloud adoption, AI integration, and enterprise software modernization.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, or SOC 2.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for IT service delivery, uptime, and incident response.
- Support the organization's omnichannel business through solution architecture and systems implementation.
- Work on-site at the headquarters three days per week, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company’s overall vision and goals.
- Oversee daily operations of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, networks, and data centers ensuring reliability and security.
- Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of core IT systems, including ERP, CRM, and business intelligence tools.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including automation, cloud adoption, AI integration, and enterprise software modernization.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, risk management frameworks, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, or SOC 2.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement technology solutions supporting business growth and operational effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for IT service delivery, uptime, and incident response.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in senior management.
- Proven experience developing and executing IT strategies in a fast-growing or enterprise environment.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, information security, and enterprise applications.
- Experience managing budgets and technology transformations at scale.
- Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, and ERP implementation and integration.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms.
- Ability to be on-site in the headquarters office three days per week.
