Job Description

Overview

  • Contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment, operating and maintaining advanced automated equipment for high-quality production.
  • Engage in cross-training opportunities across various manufacturing technologies and processes.
  • Ensure product quality and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain production standards.
  • Collaborate with teams to support new product design transfer and process development.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform equipment setup, operation, and maintenance tasks to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical errors and optimize production processes.
  • Utilize Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for process control adjustments.
  • Inspect and maintain raw material feeds and automated equipment performance.
  • Support equipment validations and process development activities.
  • Conduct routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of machinery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety standards.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required, with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in English for documentation, communication, and writing.
  • Experience with automated equipment, HMIs, and manufacturing instrumentation.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Familiarity with medical device manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift weights as required.
  • Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.
