Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Perform equipment setup, operation, and maintenance tasks to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot mechanical errors and optimize production processes.
- Utilize Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) for process control adjustments.
- Inspect and maintain raw material feeds and automated equipment performance.
- Support equipment validations and process development activities.
- Conduct routine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, with 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Proficiency in English for documentation, communication, and writing.
- Experience with automated equipment, HMIs, and manufacturing instrumentation.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques.
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing and cleanroom environments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift weights as required.
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques.
