Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Maintain and update case files using proprietary systems.
- Scan, upload, and archive legal documents efficiently.
- Conduct intake processes at courthouse offices.
- Generate routine reports and conduct conflict checks.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail services.
- Provide oral and written translation and interpretation.
- Assist clients with intake forms and referrals.
- Maintain office reception and switchboard coverage.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; paralegal training preferred.
- Minimum two years of relevant work experience.
- Fluency in Spanish or another language for translation support.
