Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data solutions supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports for performance analysis.
  • Utilize advanced data querying techniques to extract insights from enterprise systems.
  • Support data governance and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Automate recurring data processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Assist in database design to ensure compatibility with BI solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and deploy data queries to support strategic objectives and business needs.
  • Create and maintain dashboards in Power BI to visualize key metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
  • Optimize data processes and ensure data accuracy across departments.
  • Support sales leadership with data pulls and pipeline activity tracking.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to guide strategic initiatives like deposit growth.
  • Monitor database performance and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Troubleshoot BI tools and promote their usage across the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience analyzing financial product data on cloud-based data warehouses.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and database management.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, Google Cloud, Snowflake, and similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of BI tools like MS Power BI and Sigma Computing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
