Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and deliver impactful sales training programs tailored to team needs and organizational objectives.
  • Develop and mentor frontline sales managers to lead effectively and build accountable teams.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure training aligns with commercial strategies.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives on business outcomes and team performance.
  • Facilitate skill development workshops and bootcamps to address performance gaps.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms and tools to enhance training delivery and engagement.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement in sales training.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree required; advanced certifications in adult learning or financial services preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales training within financial services; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and commercial strategies.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Experience with eLearning design and digital learning platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Highspot is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a global, matrixed environment and manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.
