Overview
- Drive innovation in endpoint engineering, focusing on Windows OS, Azure Virtual Desktop, and enterprise-level application optimization.
- Manage and support mobile devices and third-party applications within a dynamic hybrid work environment.
- Utilize SCCM and Intune for comprehensive endpoint management and security enhancement.
- Develop automated workflows for system updates and application deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce security policies and optimize system performance.
- Create and deploy customized OS images and drivers across diverse platforms.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies to implement best practices in endpoint management.
- Document procedures and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct in-depth analysis and resolution of technical issues related to endpoints and applications.
- Design and implement endpoint management solutions leveraging SCCM and Intune platforms.
- Collaborate on defining and enforcing robust security policies for endpoint environments.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline endpoint management operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues to ensure seamless user productivity.
- Manage Group Policy objects for Windows OS and Office 365 environments.
- Maintain antivirus client and policy management tools to ensure endpoint security.
- Create comprehensive documentation for processes and provide training materials for team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in endpoint engineering; 15 years preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Azure Virtual Desktop, SCCM, and Intune.
- Expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and diagnostics.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for effective documentation and collaboration.
- Experience with antivirus tools and Group Policy management.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a hybrid work environment.
