Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist the head trader in executing primary trades and managing trading books.
• Perform trade support tasks, including settlements and confirmations, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyze and report profit and loss data, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Execute trades as needed, demonstrating precision and adherence to trading strategies.
• Collaborate with the trading team to optimize workflows and enhance performance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on finance or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading operations or middle office roles.
• Preferred 4 years of experience in hedge fund or financial services environments.
• Strong knowledge of trade support, settlements, and profit and loss analysis.
• Ability to execute trades and manage confirmations with precision and efficiency.
• Excellent adaptability and willingness to take on diverse trading desk tasks.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a trading team.
