Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment of estimates with project goals.
• Conduct site visits to gather necessary data for accurate estimations.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to refine estimation accuracy.
• Develop and maintain estimation templates and tools for consistent application.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture Technology or related field required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction estimation, with managerial responsibilities preferred.
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market trends.
