Overview

  • Lead estimation processes for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cost analysis and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive budgets and schedules, optimizing project outcomes.
  • Utilize industry-standard software and methodologies to prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and material costs to ensure competitive estimates.
  • Contribute to the development of company-wide estimation standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance to junior estimators and support their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Review project plans and specifications to identify scope and requirements.

Job Requirements
