Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements
- Master of Social Work degree and Social Worker License required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience, with 5 years preferred, in dementia care.
- Certified in dementia care is a plus, showcasing specialized expertise.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for effective communication.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
