- Assist clinic manager with administrative tasks, including generating reports and managing documentation.
- Support clinic operations by ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment schedules.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate patient schedules using cancellation lists and treatment progress data.
- Conduct confirmation calls and verify fee balances for upcoming appointments.
- Respond to patient inquiries and manage follow-up communications effectively.
- Monitor and manage referrals, ensuring timely scheduling and communication with referring entities.
- Generate and deliver correspondence forms for external communications.
- Run appointment and treatment progress reports for clinic management.
- Assist clinic manager with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of patient treatment sessions.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in healthcare administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinic coordination or healthcare administration.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and patient management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing clinic operations.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and clinical staff.
