Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop comprehensive project schedules, incorporating all construction phases and critical milestones.
  • Monitor schedule adherence and address deviations proactively to maintain timelines.
  • Collaborate with managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate schedule inputs.
  • Utilize scheduling software to create and update project schedules with precision.
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
  • Prepare and present detailed schedule reports and analyses to stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling; 7 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and mission-critical project requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess project timelines and identify risks.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
