Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead and manage preconstruction activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and trade partners to ensure project quality.
  • Conduct market analysis to provide accurate project estimates and strategic insights.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, addressing concerns and showcasing project value.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in preconstruction, with 10 years preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage preconstruction activities effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial project requirements and market trends.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders.
