Overview
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Act as the primary liaison between executives and stakeholders, handling correspondence and communications professionally.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including updating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and visas.
- Manage expense reporting and reimbursement processes efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in planning and executing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to organize executive off-sites, company events, and conferences.
- Maintain and protect highly confidential corporate information, working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
- 5-10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools like Zoom.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions proactively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones.
- Experience in financial or professional services preferred.
