Overview

- Focus on enhancing safety software and its integration with field operations.
- Provide executive-level leadership in construction technology management and innovation.
- Act as a liaison between IT and construction teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated with industry trends to implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee the training and development of field staff on construction technology systems.
- Manage and optimize field software tools such as Procore and safety software.
- Develop and implement programs that align technology with construction operations.
- Lead the transition and replacement of ERP systems to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategies with organizational goals.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction technology; 10 years preferred.
- Proficiency in field software tools such as Procore and safety software.
- Experience in ERP system management and replacement processes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between IT and construction teams.
