Overview

  • Lead and oversee project management initiatives within a dynamic consulting firm specializing in healthcare and construction projects.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including engineers and MEP professionals to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the owner's representative, conducting peer reviews and ensuring compliance with master agreements.
  • Drive year-over-year growth and contribute to achieving the firm's revenue goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with major healthcare systems and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects align with organizational objectives and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to project teams and clients.
  • Contribute to the firm's reputation for excellence in consulting and project management services.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to master agreements and contractual obligations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within healthcare or construction industries.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with peer reviews and compliance with industry standards.
  • Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
  • Preferred 15 years of experience for senior-level expertise and leadership.
