- Provide advanced troubleshooting and proactive risk reduction for client environments.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, driving continuous improvement and strategic planning.
- Ensure accurate documentation, standards, and clear next steps for delivery teams.
- Support VCIO planning with technical insights, risks, and actionable recommendations.
- Manage Microsoft Modern Workplace and Azure cloud environments effectively.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Own technical health for assigned accounts, maintaining deep understanding of client infrastructure.
- Support VCIO with technical input for roadmaps, lifecycle planning, and budgets.
- Act as an escalation engineer for complex issues across various technical domains.
- Drive proactive improvements, identifying security gaps and operational risks.
- Maintain and improve client documentation, diagrams, standards, and configuration records.
- Oversee and validate technical implementations, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, providing updates and setting expectations.
- Track service trends and contribute to QBRs with actionable insights.
Job Requirements
- Associate of Science degree with 7+ years of IT experience, including client-facing roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune device management.
- Working knowledge of Azure fundamentals and Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across identity, endpoint, cloud, and networking layers.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience with ITIL foundations and MSP service environments beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and competing tasks effectively.
