Overview

• Lead financial strategy and operations for a growing ecommerce company.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and profitability.
• Oversee accounting, financial planning, compliance, and reporting functions.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and processes.
• Provide commercial insights to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Manage investor relations and partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Lead a dedicated finance team, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic decision-making through accurate financial data analysis.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, FP&A, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial systems and reporting processes.
• Define and implement internal controls to ensure data integrity.
• Lead contract administration and legal oversight for the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Partner with investors and board members to drive strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external service providers.
• Provide financial insights to support operational and commercial decisions.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Experience in ecommerce or consumer products industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage investor relations and external partnerships.
• CPA or MBA preferred; knowledge of SEC filings a plus.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
