Job Description

Overview

  • Support the Office of SVP, Finance & Treasury as an Executive Assistant on a temporary basis.
  • Provide administrative assistance with scheduling, document preparation, and communication management.
  • Utilize strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills to create and manage reports and presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the finance and treasury department.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive financial information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the success of the department by ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the SVP and department staff.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Manage communication channels, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation for the finance and treasury department.
  • Assist in planning and executing department events and activities.
  • Provide support for financial and treasury operations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, with 4 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document and report preparation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in scheduling and record management.
  • Experience in a finance or treasury department is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work on-site during standard office hours (9 AM to 5 PM).
