Cloud Delivery Engineer

Overview

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud services, including Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra ID.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure regulatory adherence and data protection.
• Optimize mobile device management and application deployment for iOS, Android, and hybrid environments.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and operational procedures for Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Provide escalation support for complex issues related to Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure services.
• Mentor junior engineers and service desk analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity, recommending improvements for resilience and cost optimization.
• Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap, assessing new features for adoption within the organization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and enforce mobile data protection controls through Intune policies and device restrictions.
• Manage data sharing access between managed applications and implement device configuration profiles.
• Define and troubleshoot Entra Conditional Access Policies and multifactor authentication setups.
• Oversee Exchange Online mail flow, security, and coexistence with legacy systems.
• Lead global projects involving Microsoft 365, Intune, and related infrastructure.
• Develop technical standards, diagrams, and runbooks for operational teams.
• Provide escalation support for Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure services.
• Mentor junior engineers and service desk analysts, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and optimize platform health, performance, and capacity for cost-effective operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent field required.
• 5-7 years of experience in administering large enterprise Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Entra ID.
• Proven expertise in Intune-based endpoint management, app deployment, and cross-platform device management.
• Strong knowledge of Conditional Access, App Protection Policies, and compliance policies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Experience in regulated environments such as law firms is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
• Ability to lead complex technical projects and manage stakeholders effectively.
