Job Description

Overview

  • Manage and administer smaller programs or phases of larger programs to meet objectives.
  • Coordinate resources and assess needs to enhance existing programs effectively.
  • Monitor program components to ensure goals, schedules, and benefits are achieved.
  • Document and present program results through reports, studies, and presentations.
  • Prepare detailed program reports for superiors and stakeholders.
  • Recommend and implement changes to achieve program objectives efficiently.
  • Manage budgets and control expenditures within allocated limits.
  • Administer program contracts and ensure vendor compliance with agreements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee program phases to ensure alignment with prescribed activities and objectives.
  • Coordinate resources and assess program needs for enhancement opportunities.
  • Monitor progress to ensure schedules and benefits are met effectively.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and outcomes studies.
  • Recommend process changes for achieving program goals and objectives.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure expenditures align with allocations.
  • Handle vendor management and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Administer program contracts and oversee vendor performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or related field.
  • Preferred 5 years of experience in program management or related field.
  • Proficiency in budget management and vendor contract administration.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for program monitoring and reporting.
  • Ability to recommend and implement process improvements effectively.
  • Experience in remote work environments and virtual team coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting program results and updates.
