Overview

  • Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and execution for a dynamic organization.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with strategic goals.

  • Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and regulatory compliance across all systems.
  • Oversee technology operations, including infrastructure, networks, and applications.

  • Partner with senior executives to embed technology capabilities into business strategies.
  • Develop and retain a high-performing technology organization with clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and execute a multi-year enterprise technology strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on technology performance, risks, and initiatives.
  • Oversee technology operations, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Establish enterprise architecture standards to support growth and modernization.
  • Lead information security strategy and maintain cybersecurity governance and controls.
  • Manage disaster recovery planning and execution for critical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations related to IT, cybersecurity, and data protection.
  • Oversee technology vendor strategy, contract negotiations, and performance management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of IT experience, with 10 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, CISSP, CISM.
  • Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and performance oversight.
  • Proven ability to communicate technology risks and strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership in fostering innovation and operational discipline.
  • Expertise in disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response planning.
