Job Description

Overview

  • Collaborate with a dynamic design team to enhance project delivery through expert-level BIM modeling, documentation, and architectural visualization.
  • Utilize advanced software tools to create high-quality renderings and animations for architectural projects.
  • Contribute to the development and management of BIM content, templates, and standards.
  • Support marketing efforts through the creation of compelling graphics and visualizations.
  • Assist in implementing BIM workflows and mentoring staff on best practices.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop accurate and detailed BIM models using Revit software.
  • Produce architectural visualizations, including renderings and animations, to support project presentations.
  • Coordinate digital models with internal team members and external consultants.
  • Create and manage BIM content, ensuring consistency and quality standards.
  • Assist in design visualization and marketing graphics to enhance project communication.
  • Implement BIM workflows and provide training to team members on modeling techniques.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM and architectural visualization.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with 3ds Max, Rhino, or Twinmotion is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction documentation processes.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent graphic and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
