Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee patient access operations, including admissions, registration, and billing processes.
- Implement strategies to optimize revenue cycle and enhance hospital performance.
- Ensure accurate and thorough registration data for seamless patient care and billing.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity and compliance.
- Address and resolve operational issues, providing education to staff and stakeholders.
- Monitor department performance metrics and implement improvement measures.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in patient access or admissions in an acute care setting.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.
- Preferred certifications include CRCE or CHAM.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and billing processes.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
