Job Description

Overview

  • Lead and oversee ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with diverse trades, managing mechanicals, drywall, concrete, and asphalt operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project for schedule creation and project planning.
  • Implement project management software such as ConDocs, Sage, ProCore, or Bluebeam.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation effectively.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and manage construction schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Oversee trades including mechanicals, drywall, concrete, and asphalt.
  • Utilize project management tools like ConDocs, Sage, ProCore, or Bluebeam.
  • Ensure adherence to construction safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of construction trades and processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
