Overview

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives for pharmaceutical products, ensuring impactful customer experiences through web and email channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage agency partnerships to ensure high-quality strategy, content, and execution of digital assets.
  • Analyze key performance indicators and implement A/B testing to optimize digital campaigns.
  • Provide expertise on digital marketing trends and assess new opportunities for strategic alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and successful approval of digital marketing materials.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of product launches, enhancing awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Plan and manage promotional website and email tactics to enhance product awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and execute brand-aligned digital assets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate marketing strategies into integrated, multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement optimization strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Lead the review and approval process for digital marketing materials with regulatory and legal teams.
  • Provide insights on market trends and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop performance dashboards and reports.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 11 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 9 years of experience.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and agency partnerships effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical promotions and review processes.
  • Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices, including SEO/SEM and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes (~25%).
