Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 11 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 9 years of experience.
- Extensive experience in digital marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and agency partnerships effectively.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations for pharmaceutical promotions and review processes.
- Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices, including SEO/SEM and CRM systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes (~25%).
