Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and systems.
• Provide advisory services on mergers, acquisitions, and IPO readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on financial planning and analysis.
• Prepare detailed reports for management and external audits.
• Mentor and support junior staff in professional development.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience; 7 years preferred.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience with private equity, venture capital, and IPO readiness.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
