Job Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record of managing complex construction projects across multiple sectors, including industrial, healthcare, and multifamily residential. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control, while ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Lead project kickoff meetings and establish clear objectives, roles, and responsibilities.
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
    • Ensure that projects are executed according to established plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control:
    • Develop project budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses and managing costs throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual agreements.
    • Implement cost-saving measures and value engineering strategies to optimize project profitability without compromising quality.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
    • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
    • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and standards, implementing and enforcing safety protocols on site.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits, identifying hazards and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
    • Promote a culture of safety among project team members and subcontractors, emphasizing the importance of workplace safety and accident prevention.
  • Quality Assurance and Control:
    • Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet or exceed project requirements.
    • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits, addressing any deficiencies and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
    • Coordinate with quality assurance personnel and third-party inspectors to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on industrial, healthcare, and multifamily projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques across multiple sectors.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification or equivalent is desirable.
