Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at this company, you'll play a crucial role in managing small to medium-sized projects from inception to completion. With a focus on effective conflict resolution and project management, you'll ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements. This role offers opportunities for mentorship, leadership development, and travel to job sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams through all project phases, including preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
  • Oversee the preconstruction process, including project proposals and bid management.
  • Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and schedule parameters.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
  • Maintain positive client and subcontractor relationships to drive project success.
  • Monitor project progress through regular updates and reports.
  • Adhere to safety standards and company policies throughout project lifecycle.


  • 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and construction documents effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
