Summary:

Responsibilities:
· Spearhead all on-site activities, overseeing subordinate superintendents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
· Develop and maintain the project plan, ensuring weekly progress updates and comprehensive project oversight.
· Coordinate and manage all job site operations, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
· Supervise labor and subcontractors to uphold work quality standards and ensure timely service delivery.
· Cultivate positive relationships with Owners, Design Consultants, and Project Managers.
· Liaise with local jurisdiction inspectors and utility company representatives to ensure regulatory compliance.
· Rigorously enforce the Safety Program and oversee Quality Control initiatives.
· Generate and uphold detailed short-term schedules to drive project progress.
· Manage the accurate processing of invoices and financial aspects of project costs.
· Resolve day-to-day field issues promptly and effectively.
· Compile daily reports documenting workforce activities and notable project developments.
Requirements:
· Possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry.
· Ideally, has a robust portfolio encompassing commercial interiors and new additions projects.
· While active healthcare experience is not mandatory, a willingness to learn is appreciated.
· Knowledge in Construction Management or related field is advantageous.
