Job Description

Overview

  • Lead construction projects ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain effective communication and resolve issues.
  • Oversee on-site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve objectives.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Monitor progress and prepare reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to address project requirements.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure worksite.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment for efficient project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management or related field.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
