Overview

  • Lead treasury and capital markets operations within a dynamic renewable energy organization.
  • Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Manage daily cash operations, positioning, and accounts payable execution.
  • Develop and oversee monthly flow of funds processes and distribution strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with debt obligations and internal policies.
  • Maintain strong banking relationships and monitor interest rate exposures.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage daily cash positioning and accounts payable execution processes.
  • Lead interest rate exposure monitoring and hedge execution strategies.
  • Develop and oversee monthly flow of funds processes for distributions.
  • Ensure compliance with debt obligations and internal policies.
  • Maintain productive relationships with banking stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior management and external advisors for strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to a dynamic and team-oriented working culture.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of treasury experience, with 8 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and familiarity with tax equity and debt structures.
  • Strong leadership skills and commitment to accountability.
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with solid analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex ideas and meet objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Existing relationships with financial institutions are considered an asset.
