Overview

- Drive continuous improvement in time and attendance processes, ensuring accurate payroll and adherence to labor laws.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce systems with organizational goals and evolving business needs.
- Develop and enforce governance processes, security protocols, and audit standards to maintain data integrity.
- Provide actionable insights through reporting strategies, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support leadership decisions.
- Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations, including testing and change management strategies.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and technical expertise within the workforce management domain.
- Act as the primary escalation point for system issues and vendor relationships, ensuring timely resolution and support.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Configure and optimize UKG Dimensions, including pay rules, scheduling frameworks, accruals, and integrations.
- Oversee time and attendance operations to ensure accurate time capture and payroll alignment.
- Establish system standards and controls to comply with labor regulations at all levels.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT to align systems with business requirements.
- Develop reporting strategies and analytics to provide insights into workforce management.
- Drive system upgrades and implementations, ensuring effective testing and change management.
- Lead governance processes, security roles, and audit protocols to protect system data.
- Evaluate and redesign timekeeping processes to mitigate compliance risks and improve efficiency.
- Partner with HR and operations to gather requirements and build test scenarios for system enhancements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with UKG Dimensions or similar workforce management systems.
- Expertise in pay rule configuration, scheduling, accrual management, and compliance.
- Technical proficiency with integrations, data structures, and advanced Excel; SQL knowledge preferred.
- Proven ability to lead system implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring or managing teams.
- Ability to drive system upgrades and enhancements effectively.
