Overview
- Lead preconstruction efforts for multifamily housing and mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with development goals and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project planning and execution strategies.
- Provide expertise in cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation for diverse construction projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage preconstruction activities, including feasibility studies, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to refine project designs and specifications.
- Oversee procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and outcomes.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in preconstruction or construction management; 10 years preferred.
- Proven expertise in cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation for multifamily housing projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
