Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment.
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to visitors, employees, and stakeholders arriving at the premises.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide accurate information as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure security protocols are followed, including badge issuance and visitor registration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate meetings and events effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to uphold professional standards.
  • Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Job Requirements
