Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop and refine architectural designs using BIM/Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure project success.
• Prepare detailed design and construction documents adhering to zoning codes.
• Lead project teams and contribute to the overall project management process.
• Participate in projects across diverse sectors including healthcare and education.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required; LEED accreditation is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; 8 years preferred.
• Proficiency in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD software is essential.
• Knowledge of building and zoning codes is required.
• Experience in design and construction document preparation is necessary.
• Architectural registration or progress towards registration is preferred.
