Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process monthly, quarterly, and annual compensation calculations accurately.
  • Perform root-cause analysis for payout variances and provide data-driven explanations.
  • Prepare compensation trend analysis and forecasts for senior management.
  • Record compensation transactions and assess financial impacts.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement compensation plans and resolve issues.
  • Support technology enhancements to optimize compensation processes.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to increase scalability and accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience with commission-based compensation is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for interaction with senior management.
