Job Description

Overview

  • Serve as an integral member of the client advisory team, focusing on institutional long-only separate account clients and U.S. product specialization.
  • Develop and execute strategic client management plans to deepen and expand existing client relationships effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create client presentations, marketing materials, and insightful competitor and market analysis.
  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reporting, responding to ad hoc investor requests with precision and professionalism.
  • Support the business development team by leveraging consultant relationships and assisting with prospective client engagements.
  • Participate in RFI and RFP processes, providing comprehensive input and support in due diligence material production.
  • Monitor and manage client inflows, outflows, and guideline changes, ensuring accurate CRM system updates.
  • Serve as a product champion/specialist for assigned products, providing detailed reviews and insights for senior management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and advisory teams to create impactful presentations and marketing materials.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports, addressing investor inquiries promptly.
  • Participate in the preparation and submission of RFI and RFP documents, ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Manage CRM updates, ensuring accurate tracking of client interactions and sales notes.
  • Support onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed product reviews and insights to senior management and marketing teams.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations or related roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing institutional client relationships effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of fixed income investment strategies and financial markets.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is advantageous.
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with a results-driven mindset.
