Job Description

Overview

  • Support workplace engagement and legal personnel functions in a hybrid work environment.
  • Collaborate with directors to implement engagement and inclusion initiatives.
  • Assist with recruiting logistics and performance review processes.
  • Coordinate events, programs, and affinity group activities.
  • Manage administrative tasks and maintain related systems and materials.
  • Provide support for onboarding and supervision of HR interns.
  • Develop and maintain internal communication platforms and materials.
  • Analyze and measure effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality and exercise discretion in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate schedules and logistics for recruiting and engagement events.
  • Support performance review processes and legal personnel tasks.
  • Assist with implementation of workplace engagement and inclusion programs.
  • Manage affinity group activities and related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams for program planning and execution.
  • Maintain intranet and Teams pages for engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare agendas, summaries, and reports for engagement committees.
  • Handle scheduling, payments, and invoice processing for events.
  • Provide administrative support for summer programs and firm initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal personnel or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Experience with web applications and virtual meeting platforms preferred.
