Overview

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys in a dynamic entertainment law firm.
  • Draft correspondence, maintain calendars, and coordinate schedules effectively.
  • Liaise professionally with clients and industry colleagues, ensuring excellent communication.
  • Conduct administrative duties, including document preparation and organization.
  • Utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat for daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage multiple calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally, ensuring prompt responses.
  • Maintain digital filing systems and organize office documents meticulously.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, contracts, and legal documents accurately.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Assist attorneys with administrative tasks and office management needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Familiarity with DocuSign and electronic document handling platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
