Job Description

Overview

  • Coordinate workplace engagement and legal personnel strategies to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Support attorney engagement programs and inclusion initiatives to enhance firm-wide culture.
  • Provide administrative assistance for recruiting logistics and performance review processes.
  • Organize events, manage affinity groups, and oversee firm-wide initiatives.
  • Maintain internal communication platforms for accurate and timely information sharing.
  • Support onboarding and supervision of interns, contributing to their professional growth.
  • Analyze engagement initiatives for effectiveness, aiding in reporting and benchmarking.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance firm visibility and inclusion efforts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate schedules and updates for legal personnel recruiting logistics and processes.
  • Assist in planning and executing workplace engagement events and programs.
  • Manage affinity group activities, including event coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare agendas, summaries, and reports for workplace engagement committees.
  • Ensure compliance and confidentiality in handling sensitive personnel information.
  • Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Support onboarding processes and provide guidance to interns.
  • Assist with statistical analysis and reporting for inclusion and engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional services or law firm environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with web applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
