Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls, providing accurate information and resolving customer concerns effectively.
  • Perform data entry tasks with precision, maintaining detailed customer records and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Preferred two years of experience in insurance or medical-related call centers.
  • Ability to type at least 40 WPM; proficiency will be tested on-site.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Comfortable handling heavy call volumes while maintaining professionalism and composure.
