Overview
- Provide expert IT systems administration to support seamless organizational operations and growth.
- Act as the primary contact for IT-related queries, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues, ensuring optimal device performance.
- Deploy and configure end-user devices, adhering to compliance and security standards.
- Manage mailboxes, licenses, and permissions using Office 365 and Entra ID.
- Monitor and address endpoint performance and security concerns proactively.
- Support audio/visual systems for meetings and presentations, ensuring reliability.
- Coordinate with vendors for escalations and efficient issue resolutions.
- Develop and implement processes for systems management and security enhancements.
- Adhere to incident, request, and change management protocols to ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with 2-3 years in systems administration.
- Proficiency in DNS, DHCP, Identity and Access Management, and policy configuration.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, and Entra ID platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL-aligned practices and change management processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to local and national locations as operationally required.
