Job Description

Overview

  • Lead estimating efforts for light industrial ground-up construction projects, ensuring accurate cost projections and feasibility analysis.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop comprehensive bid proposals and budgets.
  • Utilize industry knowledge to assess project requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and financial objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, methods, and market trends.
  • Support the client in achieving cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for light industrial construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and availability.
  • Develop and present comprehensive bid packages to stakeholders and clients.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in estimating software and tools, with strong analytical skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of light industrial construction methods and materials.
