Overview

  • Lead multifamily ground-up construction projects ranging from $50-120M, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering professional growth and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing challenges and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Utilize advanced construction management techniques to optimize project efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other partners.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.

  • Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $50-120M in scope.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff and leading teams.
  • Expertise in construction management practices, scheduling, and resource allocation.
