Overview

• Promote standardization in development processes and technology adoption to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Contribute hands-on expertise to coding and creation of reference implementations for critical technical initiatives.
• Support organizational growth by enabling high-quality IT solutions and infrastructure advancements.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Mentor and lead a team of engineers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure with a focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure platform stability and performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize software delivery and operational workflows.
• Create detailed documentation for system architectures, configurations, and operational procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
• At least 7 years of experience in leadership or team management positions.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud technologies and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and similar platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like ELK, Dynatrace, and Datadog.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Understanding of microservices, serverless architectures, and containerization technologies.
