Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure loan allocations comply with established policies and portfolio guidelines.
- Manage cash instructions, including subscriptions, redemptions, FX transactions, and liquidity monitoring.
- Coordinate transaction execution with external managers, administrators, and custodians.
- Drive workflow enhancements and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide analytical support during transaction closings and respond to information requests promptly.
- Assist in generating detailed reports and managing daily operations of the debt platform.

- Ensure adherence to deadlines while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in investment operations.
- Proficiency in cash and liquidity management, FX hedging, and capital call processes.
- Experience in middle office or investment operations within asset management firms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of private debt asset class and fund accounting is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively guide and influence team members.
